Tati Falco is an Argentinian-Italian musician and producer based in Lucca, Italy. 'Selva Y mar' is the first single, released from the upcoming EP eponym, which will be the first volume out of a trilogy. They explain, "The three volumes represent a journey, a travel diary, partly written and with some pages still blank". A sequence of bird sounds and streams open the new single, followed by a soundscape woven from guitars, drums and synths that glisten like still water. Rooting the track into the ground is the prominent bass part that dances jovially around the other instruments. The layered vocals are unified throughout the track through their words and melody, but placed in different pitches on the scale, creating a comforting feeling. The video for the song 'Selva Y Mar' is a compilation of images taken by Tati and their partner Catalina Torres during their travels through Southeast Asia and India and Joaquin Torres in Traslasierra, Córdoba, Argentina, during the first global lockdown in 2020.
